Abstract

About the special Issue It is our pleasure to bring you the special issue of the journal which is a glimpse of flagship annual 8th Global Leadership Research Conference (GLRC 2023) of Amity Business School, Noida held on 13th - 15th March 2023. This issue brings the Research papers based on a broader theme “Architecting New Tenet for Future of Business” to provide a forum for the stakeholders from academia-research-industry to present new dimensions in the form of research papers on this global ecosystem of evolving demographic, socio-political, industrial, and digital patterns across business and society. GLRC- 2023 provided a platform for discussing research practices covering the key aspects and concerns of VUCA world throwing light on few mentioned areas like thought disruption, pandemic responsiveness through creating the chain of opportunities, innovative practices in an evolving world, responsible consumerism, sustainability, digital technologies for various ecosystems, need of upskilling, operational innovation and importance of adaptability in different sectors. The facets of the pandemic have been enormous and new ways, new systems, new ideas and new environments must be introduced and implemented to adapt to the new reality. There is a need to ponder and reflect upon key issues with respect to strategies, policies, procedures and experiences. This special issue of GLRC-2023 puts forth its social role of supporting the process of dissemination of knowledge amongst the healthcare professionals. In this special issue the editorial team has sought to present aspects of innovation considering the dynamics between health professionals and health seekers . We have tried to present a focused view of the healthcare innovation landscape and directions for future Research through a series of papers.
